Berry Ice-pops and stars


Although I’ve been acting like it’s summer for the past few weeks, today isĀ officially the first day. I had approximately 10 minutes of free time to celebrate, and so what better way than homemade ice pops – easy, healthy, and more delicious than the store bought ones. I used blueberries, strawberries, a couple of raspberries, mango nectar, and coconut milk. Turned on the blender, poured the mix into popsicle containers, and popped it into the freezer. I had some extra, so I poured the mix into my star-shaped ice-cube tray (for when a taste is just enough).Later in the day, when I came home, I had a lovely treat awaiting!
